Customers demand fast design response so Milco developed our Parametric Modeler. It's a patented design tool that produces a weld gun drawing in a matter of minutes. We utilize an interface into the design software where all the relevant data, such as throat size, tip force and the weld schedule, are inputted. With the push of a button, the modeler will take this data and develop a gun design.

The Modeler draws from standard components so your total number of designs and parts are minimized. The weld gun produced passes stress and deflection testing and sizes the transformer based upon your company guidelines. We can also work within the parameters of your company's standard weld gun library to utilize the gun frames you specify.
