Servo Gun Technology

The Milco Servo Gun utilizes advanced robotic technology to produce a high performance welding solution. The gun's welding forces are provided by an electronically controlled mechanism, not a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder. It is directly controlled by the robot's software and its programmable (adjustable) stroke produces consistent high quality welds with lower cycle times. The Servo Gun also requires less maintenance and experiences less downtime.
