Welding Stations Manual Welding Stations are utilized in both production and prototype environments and Milco has been producing them for over 55 years. We're at the forefront of in the design and assembly of weld stations, bringing new ideas to market. Customers can specify the weld controller, transformer, valve pack and balancer they want to utilize.
There are several different station options: Portable Hanging Welding Stations include all of the components required to weld. Hang the station, connect plant air, water and power and you're ready to weld: • Manual Weld Gun (Trans gun or cable gun) • Hanger • Weld Controller • Transformer (if cable guns are utilized) • Valve Pack • Trolleys • Balancers • Umbilical (Hoses and cables connecting weld gun and station) • Cable Saddle
Portable Floor Mounted Welding Stations are similar to Hanging Stations except that the frame is bolted to the floor rather than hung from an I-Beam. These stations include: • Frame with I-Beam • Manual Weld Gun (Trans gun or cable gun) • Weld Controller • Transformer (if cable guns are utilized) • Valve Pack • Trolleys • Balancers • Umbilical (Hoses and cables connecting weld gun and station) • Cable Saddle
Portable Manual Weld Carts are typically utilized in prototype settings and for repair applications in a production environment. Weld Carts can be moved around your facility to the location required. These stations include: • Steel Welded Cart including an I-Beam • Water Tank • Manual Weld Gun (Trans gun or cable gun) • Weld Controller • Transformer (if cable guns are utilized) • Valve Pack • Trolleys • Balancers • Umbilical (Hoses and cables connecting weld gun and station) • Cable Saddle
